SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Floats, noodles, towels, sunscreen, water shoes, sunglasses, and beach balls. Your own easy to carry chair. There are only a few on board.

We will give you your souvenir glass when you board.

- For sure: Government ID, temporary ones are OK
- Water! Some of the stops have them, but bring your own to be ready :)
- Snacks & beverages (Alcohol is OK as long as it stays on the bus)
- Coolers (please bring a soft, hand-held one since they are easier to store)
- Credit Card & Extra cash for extra souvenirs

Extra Items You COULD bring for a special event:
- Decorations: please nothing crass/potentially offensive
- Desserts: Not where the food is served, but at one of the other stops
- Utensils: If you bring a dessert or extra food, please provide your own

- Cigarettes, cigars, vape: not ON the bus, there are outside areas though
- Confetti, Glitter, Silly String, anything that is hard to clean up

We do work with a certain number of charities each month.
But because there are so many wonderful organizations out there, please do not be offended if we cannot support everyone's group.

Please send us an inquiry by selecting business opportunities along with information about your organization.
We will make sure it gets to the appropriate person for consideration.

We really want to try to make this easy for you! No need to stress.
Group discounts?

For groups of 3 or more we can create a website for your group and apply a discounted group price.
That way you just send a link to everyone to sign up!
You can track who has registered and we can soft reserve spots so that you are guaranteed spaces for the event and we can customize the look to make it more personal.

All we would need is:
- Date of the event(look at our event page and find which one you want)
- Name you would like to give the group
- Approximate guest count
How do I use a voucher?

We sometimes team up with companies that offer deals on our events.
Just go to our event page, find the event you like, select the number of tickets the voucher covers, and enter in the voucher code (usually under the bar code.)
Keep in mind you may have to take care of alcohol fees as that can only be purchased through us.
Sold Out! Are there options?

Our events typically sell out a week or more before the date and those that have signed up have already paid for their spots.

There is a chance that some may cancel so just shoot us an e-mail and we will get you on the wait list
We do ask that you not just show at an event, It may create confusion and let-down.

Depending on the type of event, it might be "rain or shine."

In any case, the website for that specific event will be updated every hour if there are any changed.

I loved loved the jerk, popcorn, and bacon vendors. I love my glass that came with the purchase of my ticket. Overall, I would definitely attend another event like this. It was very well organized. I hope more events like this come about here in San Antonio.

The experience is wonderful, everyone is friendly, the wines are amazing. I always bring different people when coming to this event! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have attended this event twice. 11/2024 and 03/2025 and it has not disappointed either time. The vast selection of wine and snacks from all across Texas are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. The wine glasses that you get with your visit or the cutest.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was such a fun event, with not just wine but with food and plenty of cool people. I went to the one in Seguin. I was actually surprised how crowded it was, but they have a good time system in place when it comes to checking in. You do get to sample about 4 wines from each table with the option to buy. I would definitely attend again especially in different cities just to see who I can run into and how the vibe is.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me and girlies went out to a wine fest held at the Granberry Hills Event Center and omg it was simply elegant and amazing. The local wines were very impressive. The popcorn was a hit and the cheeses too. It was a great event well put together. There was live entertainment as well. We enjoyed ourself… we were invited to come back out again and we will be there with bells on 🤣 for another amazing time at this wine fest.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some friend and I had a wonderful birthday celebration at a Winos event this weekend. The wineries present were friendly and informative with a great variety of white and reds, sweet and dry options. There were also a couple food trucks and vendors inside to help with snacking and if you have a little too much wine. This was my second event and I can’t wait to attend more. I highly recommend for a girl weekend, birthday weekend or just any opportunity to have fun with friends or family who enjoy wine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you have not attended a Texas Winos Fest in San Antonio or any where in Texas, they have them all over, I really, really urge you to attend. They are very, very casual, they have great food vendors and several other treats, not just wine, which is the best part. But a ton of great sale items, like chocolates, salsas, some desserts, and did I mention the wine. Great wines from several different Texas born and raised wines. And one of the best parts, is, it is so laid back, you start talking with the vintner and you hear their great story behind their wines and flavors. It really makes for a great evening with your friends, or making new friends over good wine, nice conversations, and the best part, several free samples of wine to help you figure out what you like and what you want to take home with you. The Texas Winos crew are all great folks who you’ll want to know and follow on Facebook. So buy your ticket, get your cute Texas Wino glass and cheers to a fun night.

There was a wide variety of wineries as well as lots of options for red, white, dry, and sweet. I like that there were both inside and outside food options and lots of seating available. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was my first time going to a wine tasting in Texas, I've been to plenty out of the state, and honestly this was the best one, there were plenty of booths to try new wines. Crowds don't bother me, specially if your just enjoy the atmosphere and wine. The vendors were nice and willing to answer any question we had on the wine. Definitely would be coming back and will be more friends, I was a little afraid to bring people since it was my first time, but they didn't disappoint at all. I love that there were more than just wine booths, they had some that had snacks to try, and they were good snacks too. There were plenty of different wines to try as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On Saturday, my husband and I attended the Texas Winos wine fest in Houston! We got to taste over 20 types of wines from friendly vendors and walked out of there with three bottles of wine and a bit tipsy. It was such a fun event and Vernon made our experience so comfortable. 10/10 recommend

Not only were there lovely booths for each business that made and sold wine, but there were sponsors that created and sold beautiful jewelry, body butters, candles, and really cool wine opening kits. Texas Winos attracts people that love to socialize and enjoy wine. I went solo and still spoke to sponsors and guests alike. The venue was beautiful. The hosts were friendly and professional. The sponsors wanted to enjoy ourselves and didnt pressure anyone to purchase. I've told lots of people about my experience. I would do it again if they came back. Thank you Texas Winos!

Ive gone to 3 already and ive got to experience different wines and vineyards and each vendor that goes is very passionate about what they do and are super nice. Everyone has always given me great recommendations and have taught me more about wines. I was pretty new to wine when I first went but now I can tell my friends what kind of wine I like and I can recommend some to them as well!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have attended 2. Wouldve been 3 but I misread the dates on the one in our hometown. Great way to get out and find different areas we wouldve never explored. San Antonio's parking was a beast, but my small car took care of that. Ample parking in Temple/Belton and spaced out and had AC. We noticed less wineries at this past weekend's, but we still had a great time at a nice venue/location! A list of confirmed vendors might be a comfort for future attendees. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her purchases. We were able to sample lotions, and chocolates, and jerky and even bacon, as well. We saw some faves from San Antonio and were able to replenish out fave wines, and grab some we didnt before. It was great. I wish the local winery Dancing Bee was in attendance, with their meads, or even Valley Mills bc Ive never tried them. The live music of Mr. Rozell was great all around, but the relaxing wine needed the uptempos to not get too relaxed. The Jones' food truck was tasty per usual. They are a Killeen staple. It would be nice to have other food types as well. The tasting is an excellent price and very smart to charge in that way. Like Germany and its fests, if you charge less for entry they are likely to pay more. We definitely purchase more, but its a treat to try the wines before purchase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I attended our first Texas Winos Festival last weekend in Seguin, TX. We had an amazing time tasting the different wines and visiting with the vendors! We came home with several bottles of wine, bacon, candles and chocolate. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! We can’t wait to attend another event in the future, we will be back!

I loved meeting all the small business owners and sampling all the varieties of wine and wine infused goodies There was even chocolate and coffee infused treats to be sampled . Of course we got some things to take home as well. I DEF will be doing this again.. Loved the small crowds and the ease of check in!! Add it to the LOVE LIST

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brought my fiancé and mom to one of these events and we had a great time. Beyond trying some great wines, we also got this olive oil that was INCREDIBLE! The only thing to keep in mind is that it can get very busy and get congested so try to go when there is more availability if you do not like crowds.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ i love brian and the director snd all of the vendors it was nice to help set up, and to see the other side of how the fest is ran! The wines are to die for very well ran delicious treats and great variety of wines! absolutely love it! Will go again and again and again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first time experiencing a Wine Fest, as well as my mom and boyfriend, it was great there were no big crowds or long lines. Everyone was so polite in including my elderly mom that was in an electrical scooter in this event since it was indoors and had a step that the vendors were up on, so she was a bit far away from the actual table but they were generous in speaking louder so she could hear them explaining the different types of wine. I will definitely be back to the wine fest specifically in Tyler Tx!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves at this event. All of the vendors were really nice. I love that they had other vendors outside of wine vendors. I loved loved the jerk, popcorn, and bacon vendors. I love my glass that came with the purchase of my ticket. Overall, I would definitely attend another event like this. It was very well organized. I hope more events like this come about here in San Antonio

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great afternoon at the Round Rock WinoFest. The small/medium size event was nice. Wines are great and we bought quite of few bottles to take home with us. Vendors were great. Loved the beef jerky, popcorn and cheese.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We attended both the Longview and Tyler Festival. We enjoyed the talking with the Vendors and learning from them as well as enjoying the atmosphere and live music. It was time and money well spent. We look forward to the next one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The event was great and there were some great vendors. I found a few new winery's that I had not tried before but are now in my weekend winery rotation. The belly of the beast was awesome as well as the beef jerky and popcorn vendor. There was also a vendor with flavored olive oil that was excellent. I wish there was wino merchandise for sale but the glasses were nice. The venue and set up was great. The venue needs to have more parking

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went to the the Wine Festival sponsored by Texas Winos in Fort Worth on Saturday at Southside Preservation Hall. What a great venue!!! My friend and I had a fun time trying out the terrific selection of Texas wines, and the music was a nice backdrop. It was good to see some old favorites, as well as some new vendors, such as Decadent Saint, with a variety of extra hard mixers that were simply delicious! Multiple drink recipes possible with each flavor, they're all natural, and don't even require refrigeration. Some excellent food options, and the gourmet chocolate and olive oil vendors provided samples of their wonderful products😋. Recommend anyone to attend one of these events-you will not be disappointed!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wine Fest was a super fun event! Loved getting to try so many new-to-me wines. Admittedly I spent way more money than I expected but only because everything was so yummy. I will definitely be back. My ONLY complaint is I wish there were more food options to snack on while there but it honestly wasn't that big of a deal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went to the last wine fest in Katy with my wife and we ended up buying 10 bottle. We are not wine drinkers! But we had fun, the winners were very nice. Too bad I was driving so could not drink more. Totally recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You definitely deserve a five-star rating! The event was well-organized and quite relaxing. My group thoroughly enjoyed the music, all of the delicious food, and the wine vendors present. We look forward to attending another event in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I attended the Wino in Tyler,Tx on 4/26/25 & everyone was so friendly! Loved the atmosphere & the complimentary wine glass! Definitely found some favorite new wines & I look forward to attending more events in the future! Originally was supposed to rain heavily this day & I thought they would cancel the event but thankfully they had a Plan B & hosted the event indoors! Highly recommend attending a Wino event in a city near you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice environment friendly people overall was great....only thing I'm a vegetarian so would be nice if they had more vegan options because I like to eat...yeah skinny fat person haha even tho they had one vegan option still had a wonderful time so 5 stars for me😉

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I went to the Wine Fest in Tyler Texas. It was our 3 year wedding anniversary and we had a BLAST. We purchased some wine, some boozy chocolate, some lotion and some some wax for oil burners. We had a lovely time and would DEFINITELY go again. We’ve told all our family friends about this event and now they want to go too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was a good time!! I didn't expect to stay as long as I did. I thought maybe an hour or so but I ended up meeting some cool people and 1 hour turned into 4 easily. They had a nice variety of vendors and the atmosphere was really nice. I will be going back and taking a few friends with me this time. I'm interested in trying the other events they offer as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our first Texas Wino Event and we are already planning the next one. We had a really good time. Great atmosphere, awesome variety of vendors, everyone was very friendly and personable. Highly recommend attending a Texas Wino event!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was my first time attending the WinoFest, and though it was a bit smaller than expected, I still enjoyed it very much. Each winery represented showed up with some great wine choices. I also got a lot of great ideas for stocking stuffers from the vendors who had food, candy and popcorn. I mean, who wouldn't want to get a box of boozy chocolates or gourmet popcorn in their stocking?! The live music was a nice touch as well. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I will definitely attend again next year.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible time at my last wine tasting event with Texas Winos. The vendors were great and from many different cities in the state. Whether your preference is red or white, I can guarantee there will be something you like. I was even able to buy a few bottles to take home directly from the vendors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was definitely a surprise. I get to the venue and it was beautifully decorsted from floor to ceiling. Some ve donde had their own decor and interesting wine for us to try. And for a bonus surpris? They had cheese and bacon which were definitely a must buy. The detailed description of the variety of flavors were very helpul because it traches you which one you prefer, red or white wine. Would experience it again with friends!

It was a fun and social experience and a great way to explore local Texas wineries without worrying about driving. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first event, and despite of the weather challenges, it won't be the last. All the vendors were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about wine in general, not just there brands. I enjoyed the food available as well as the vendors present. While I did not partake in listening to the live entertainment, I was glad that was part of the festival. I will definitely visit future festivals.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to a Wino event in February, and enjoyed it very much! There were many wineries present, each with several wine options for people to sample- and the pours were very generous. Also, there were a few food vendors that were equally good. The icing on the cake was the low price; I have not been anywhere else with so many samples for so little!
